Why can't I find AgiNotes in AppStore/Google Play?
We wanted the keep the pricing as low as possible and due to the large share that the application stores take, we decided to make a web app. This means you cannot find it in application stores. Instead, you can find it in app.aginotes.com, and easily add it to your home screen and use just like any app. The bonus is, that it won't use the storage space on your mobile phone. Progressive web app is a modern choice.
I cannot see the newest features/I see an error message in AgiNotes and cannot continue
You will need to clear website data from site aginotes.com. Here is a short instruction on how to do it:
Android
On your Android phone, open Chrome or Browser.
To the right of the address bar, tap "the three dots" icon and then Settings.
Tap Privacy and then Clear browsing data.
Choose a time range (1 hour or 1 day should be enough) .
Check "Cookies and site data." Uncheck all the other items.
Tap Clear data.
Then close the browser and open again and go to app.aginotes.com
Log in normally and enjoy!
Apple
Close Safari browser or AgiNotes that’s saved on Home
Go to Settings and tap Safari
Go to Advanced (bottom of page)
Go to Website data
On the search field write aginotes.com
Swipe left on aginotes.com to delete that record (Or use Edit -> Delete) - this will not delete your data or records in AgiNotes, just the old version in the browser.
Exit settings
Open Safari browser again and go to app.aginotes.com
Log in normally and enjoy!

How can I download training challenges to my dogs?
1. Go to the blog post or the Facebook group "Agility training challenges"
2. Click the "Download the training challenge" button or the link
3. Click "Copy to my dog", and choose the dog
After that you can move it to your training diary whenever you want, or copy to your other dog.
How can I add AgiNotes to my home screen?
Android:
Go to the web browser, e.g. Chrome
Go to the AgiNotes service (app.aginotes.com)
Look for the address bar and tap the three dots to the far right of the screen
Select the “Add shortcut to home screen”
IOS:
Go to the Safari
Go to the AgiNotes service (app.aginotes.com)
Click Share icon (below), and tap add to Home Screen
In what languages can I use AgiNotes?
You can use the AgiNotes app in over ten languages, including English, German, French, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish and Dutch!
You can easily change the language
Open menu and go to Settings
Select your language and save.
How can I use training list for training planning?

Go to your Training list
Add a training topic
Click the pen icon
Choose training focus and add notes
Click “Add exercises” or, if the topic needs to be broken down into smaller topics, click “Add subtopics with exercises”
Add exercises by clicking the “Add” button in the “Exercises” section
Name the exercise, add notes, a course map, and video URL
Click the red button to save
What agility organizations does AgiNotes support
At the moment, we support AAC, AKC, FCI, IFCS, KC, KUSA, SADAA, UKA, UKI, USDAA and WAO. If you have hopes for adding other organizations, please contact us.
How can I activate Agility organizations to my dogs?
Go to the upper right menu
Choose My dogs
Choose the dog you want to add organizations to
Choose the organizations

Now, when you add competitions to your competition diary, you get to choose the organisation from the activated ones.
Can I edit or delete training sessions or trial runs?
Yes you can.
Choose the training session or trial run you want to edit or delete.
Tap the red pencil in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Choose edit/delete.
How can I download a course map image from AgiNotes to my phone?
Tap and hold on the image you want to save.
Download the image.
Do the entries I make during the free trial disappear when I subscribe to the Premium?
No, they are safe. The free version only shows 10 latest entries, but all of them are saved and will be shown when you subscribe to the Premium.
Does AgiNotes save only the ten latest entries during the free trial?
No, we will save every entry you insert. When you update to the Premium, you’ll see them all.
How can I get AgiNotes Premium?
Go to the app (app.aginotes.com).
Tap on the menu at the top-right corner.
Choose "Subscription".
Subscribe to premium and enjoy the unlimited use of the app and all the interesting stats!
How CAN I use the gift card:
Go to the app (app.aginotes.com) and choose "Subscription" from the upper right menu.
Insert the code together with your payment card details.
Start using the Premium!
If you already have the Premium in your use, contact us to get your free months added to your current subscription.
Is the yearly subscription valid for a calendar year or 12 months?
The yearly subscription continues always for 12 months, no matter when you make the subscription.
I have THE Premium but now I get A notification in the app that asks me to update to the Premium
Please check that the credit card you have added to your subscription is still valid.
If you use debit card, please check that you have enough funds on your bank account for the payment.
